＊這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將消毒有效性定義為時間與溫度的比例。有效性設(shè)為A₀，80⁰C時相應(yīng)以秒計的時間，參照微生物以Z值10K表示，計算公式如下：A₀=∑10^T-80/z△t.

按照這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一個A₀值為600的過程對外科的消毒已足夠。

A₀=600：80⁰C/600秒，85⁰C/190秒，90⁰C/60秒，93⁰C/30秒

2.12 配干燥系統(tǒng)，可以有三種干燥溫度，保證器皿干燥效果可靠：

＊特殊設(shè)計的內(nèi)腔熱風(fēng)干燥保證器械復(fù)雜的內(nèi)腔完全干燥，防止水分殘留損壞器械。

＊干燥空氣經(jīng)雙層過濾，分別為F級和HEPA H14，保證干燥空氣的潔凈度。

＊干燥熱空氣經(jīng)管路分配，均勻分配到倉內(nèi)各個角落，保證干燥效果。

2.13 內(nèi)置軟化水裝置,可連接三種水源：冷水、熱水和去離子水，根據(jù)程序設(shè)計從不同的水源進水，加快清洗速度，節(jié)約能源。

2.14 400V(380V)三相電,可加裝額外的電加熱器，清洗時水升溫快，加快整個清洗速度。

2.15機器全部由AISL 316L不銹鋼制造，防腐。
