本試驗機用于檢測各種連接器的插入力和拔出力。具有連續(xù)插拔功能；可任意設(shè)定插拔次數(shù)，即到達設(shè)定次數(shù)后自動停機；插入部分有防呆功能，可避免人為損壞傳感器及連接器。傳動機構(gòu)采用無噪齒輪，運行勻速，無噪音，夾具是夾具，適用于不同的連接器。也可作連接器插拔壽命試驗，整個設(shè)定功能都可在程序內(nèi)完成。
This machine is applied to the detection of various connector insertion force and drawing output. With
continuous insertion functions; Can be set arbitrary number of plug, namely to set number of times after
automatic stop; Insert some fool proof function, can avoid man-made damage to the sensor and the connector.
Transmission mechanism adopts gear noise, and at a constant speed operation, no noise, clamp is universal,
suitable for different connector. Also can make the connector plug life test, the whole set function can be
made within the program.
一、控制系統(tǒng)：觸摸屏 PLC，中文界面。
二、驅(qū)動部分：采用步進電機。
三、觸控屏即時顯示操作界面。
四、測試條件均由觸摸屏輸入并自動存儲。
五、具有點動、手動、自動等多種操作模式，速度可自動調(diào)整。
六、試驗荷重：50Kg。單位切換：Kgf，Nf，Lbf。
七、測試行程：0～60mm (不含夾具)。
八、測試速度：5~30次/min 可調(diào)。
