一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：是當被控制對象的溫度發(fā)生變化時使溫控器感溫部內(nèi)的工質(zhì)產(chǎn)生相應的熱脹冷縮的物理現(xiàn)象（工質(zhì)體積變化），與感溫部連通一起的膜盒產(chǎn)生膨脹或收縮。通過杠桿原理，帶動開關(guān)通斷動作，達到恒溫目的。當被控制對象的溫度達到設(shè)定安全值時，開關(guān)可斷開動作，達到限溫目的，人工手動復位，泄露自動保護。WYH系列液脹式溫控器具有控溫準確，穩(wěn)定可靠，開停溫差小，控溫調(diào)節(jié)范圍大，限溫可靠超載電流大，泄露自動保護等性能特點。

用途：主要用于自動開水器、電烤箱、電熱油炸鍋、食品機械、廚房冷柜等控溫用。

Principle of performance andApplication

When the temperature of the controlled object is changed,the inner working

substanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduce a corresponding thermal expansion and contraction physical  phenomenon (theworking substancevolume change), at which connected withthe diaphragm of sensible bulb producesexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.WYH

三、注意事項：
1、用戶必須根據(jù)自己產(chǎn)品的特點，所需控制的溫度，提出訂貨型號和規(guī)格。
2、溫控器安裝時，感溫管盡可能整支貼緊被控溫表面，以達到控溫準確的目的。
3、安裝時不可將感溫管壓變形，以免影響其性能。
4、勿使導電氣體或?qū)щ娢镔|(zhì)進入溫控器內(nèi)或污染溫控器表面以免影響電氣緣性能。
5、安裝支架的M4機絲不要過長，否則會破壞溫控器性能。
6、開關(guān)盒是電器陶瓷件要輕拿輕放，避免破壞。
7、毛細管折彎半徑不能小于5mm.

2、其斷開溫度及其特性曲線需依客戶成品與溫控匹配測試而定
3、端子尺寸規(guī)格和方向多種多樣，毛細管和護套管長度可隨客戶任意選擇
4、為方便客戶安裝溫控器，溫控器中還可焊接不同的直徑的感溫包
