Model ATG-7 is the latest version of the automated Tag Closed Cup() flash point tester from Tanaka. When this seventh generation model was designed after 35 years of delivering the automated flash point testers to the petroleum industry, ease of operation and maintenance was sought.

ATG-7自動閉口閃點試驗儀嚴格按照泰克閉口杯（TCC）測試石油產(chǎn)品的開口閃點。儀器是“日本田中科學機器制作株式會社”第7代的自動閃點測試儀器，集“田中科學”35年自動閃點測試儀的制造經(jīng)驗和當今新測試技術(shù)于一身。操作簡單，功能完善，易于維護。

SINGLE ACTION SETTING: Cup cover assembly is mounted on a swing-arm assembly. This allows for easy handling of the test cup cover. It makes free from handling the hot cup cover after completing a test. 儀器擺動式測試臂簡單實用，一體式的樣品杯蓋加滑動點火頭設(shè)計。樣品杯更換，拆卸清洗都非常方便。

EASY OPERATION: select a test mode and enter the expected flash point. While the instrument executes the test, you are free to do other lab work. The instrument follows the exact procedures prescribed in the test method, and the completion of the test is signaled by beeps. The test result is brightly shown on the VFD module. 測試閃點只需預設(shè)閃點溫度，和對應(yīng)的測試模式，儀器就嚴格按照試驗標準自動進行測試，無需人為干預。全微機控制，升溫和測試過程精確可靠，全數(shù)字顯示閃點溫度和點火次數(shù)。試驗結(jié)束，訊響提示，并自動風冷。一人可同時操作多臺儀器，有效的提高了人員效率。

INTERCHANGEABLE IGNITION SOURCE: ATG-7 is equipped with both gas and electric igniter as the ignition source. Only a few minutes does it take to switch from gas to electric  or vice versa. . ATG-7提供了燃氣點火和電子點火2種點火測試方式，更換非常簡單，適用于多種不同場合的需求。

DRAFT PROTECTION SHIELD COVER: A tinted acrylic cover not only insures the flame integrity but reduces the glare from the electric igniter. 有色樹脂防風罩，不僅確保了火焰的完整，而且降低了電點火線圈的眩光。

DATA HANDLING: The unit is equipped to store up to 50 successive test results and export to an optional printer or to a LIMS through an RS232 port.

儀器可記錄后50 次的試驗數(shù)據(jù)，內(nèi)置電池，即使關(guān)機數(shù)據(jù)也不會丟失。還可以通過RS-232外接打印機輸出，或同實驗室信息管理系統(tǒng)（LIMS）通訊，便于集中控制管理。

MODULAR DESIGN: The tester consists of a computer control unit and a test head unit, allowing remotely placing the test head unit up to 3 meters away. An optional Changeover unit can be purchased to attach the control unit to another type of flash point test head unit (APM-7 or ACO-7). The control unit is designed to control any type of the three different flash point test head unit, but one at a time. 儀器可分為控制部和測試部兩個部分，控制部和測試部既能上下放置（減少設(shè)置面積）又能左右并排，兩者遠可通過3m長的電纜相連。全系列閃點測試儀器的控制部分可以通用，并可自動識別所連接的測試部，。配上CHG-7型切換器(選購件)，1臺控制部可切換控制二臺測試部（APM-7型或ACO-7型）。

Automatically shuts off and the problem is reported by buzzer and display, in case:

下列情況下，儀器自動關(guān)機，報警提示，并顯示相關(guān)出錯信息：

(a) EFP+10 ℃ or at 95 ℃ is reached,

 超過預期閃點值10 ℃未檢測出閃點，或超過了檢測范圍（95 ℃）時

(b) temperature sensor is found defective, 溫度檢測傳感器出錯時

(c) flash detector is found defective, 閃點檢測傳感器出錯時

(d) thermofuse is blown, 溫度保險絲熔斷時

(e) electric Ignitor is blown, 電子點火頭失效時

(f) built-in battery is found drained out, 內(nèi)置電池失效時

(g) Test cover is not set in place, 樣品杯蓋或滑動點火頭動作沒有歸位時

(h) flash detector detects continuous burning, or發(fā)生連續(xù)燃燒時，

(i) control computer runs away (no display) 微處理器失效（無顯示）
