SMC流量開關(guān)的熱導(dǎo)示流器是基于熱交換原理設(shè)計(jì)，探頭內(nèi)置發(fā)熱模塊以及感熱模塊，示流器的熱量傳導(dǎo)與被測流體流速密切相關(guān)，如果管道內(nèi)沒有介質(zhì)流動，感熱模塊接收到的熱量是一個(gè)固定值，而當(dāng)流體介質(zhì)流過示流器探頭時(shí)，感熱模塊所接收到的熱量隨介質(zhì)的流速變化而變化，感熱模塊再將這溫差信號轉(zhuǎn)化成電信號，處理器再將其轉(zhuǎn)換成4～20mA電信號或與設(shè)定流量對應(yīng)的接點(diǎn)信號輸出。熱導(dǎo)示流器將流量探頭和信號處理器一體化集成，六個(gè)LED指示燈提供了流動狀態(tài)的趨勢顯示，開關(guān)動作值可以簡單的通過前面板上保護(hù)螺釘下的電位器進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，并可提供晶體管、繼電器和模擬量輸出形式。
